If you are experiencing latency issues, sound problems, blurry or unclear images, non-functional or very slow 4K movies, and you are using a box or device running Android, follow these tips:
1- Start by checking your internet speed by performing a test; it is recommended to use the Fast app.
2- Install and connect the DNS app Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (this app allows you to change your DNS from those used by your ISP to the fastest DNS in the world, which visibly improves the reception of channels, speeds up DNS requests, and reduces response time)
3- Use VLC as the default player (in the SIGMA IPTV and PREMIUM IPTV PRO or IPTV Smarters app). After installing and setting VLC as the main player, go to: Settings => Select Player and check VLC player
Make some changes in the VLC settings, go to Preferences => Hardware Acceleration => set it to « Full Acceleration »
and in Preferences => Advanced => Network Cache Size => set it to 30000 and click OK
