Some customers with certain internet providers may currently have difficulty connecting. Please follow the two tutorials below:

• Change the Bouygues Telecom DNS and enforce the DNS from the BBOX
• Android Box: Avoid DNS Blocking
• Formuler: Avoid DNS blocking
• SAMSUNG – LG TV: Avoid DNS blocking
• Apple TV: Avoid DNS Blocking
• Infomir / MAG: Avoid DNS blocking
• Fire TV Stick: Avoid DNS Blocking
